A family recipe
Over thirty years ago, in a small village in northern China, our grandmother prepared her dumplings for the entire family. Every fold, every filling was an act of love passed down through generations.
Today, we carry on this tradition in Paris. Every morning, we prepare our dumplings by hand, with the same gestures, the same care, and the same secret recipe that grandmother entrusted to us.
